Mexican Moments with Greg and Peg: Monday again!!!

I can't believe it's Monday again. Sorry about not having the blog all last week! It was a slow week and I didn't feel we did very much that was too exciting! We got up this morning and drove to a church where Greg spent 1/3 of his mission at. We went to a zone leader conference for the West Mission with the Whiteheads. They are our mission president and wife! We love them! Very nice and great with the missionaries. Greg really enjoyed being at the church where he worked 43 years ago. It hasn't changed but the neighborhood has changed he says! I don't know if that is good or bad!
After the conference we had to drive over to pay our Telmex (WiFi) bill. I think we should only have to pay for the times it actually works!!!!! I think that's fair!
There is a flower shop by there that does really cool flower arrangements. I took some pics of the flowers for you to see how creative they are here! Of course after the flowers we had to stop at LaOnda for lunch! This is our favorite taco shop so I took a pic of that place too!
Greg had work to do this afternoon and I took a nap! We went to Superama for some stuff and battled the traffic to get back home!
After dinner we went to FHE! We missed FHE last week so I was happy to be going tonight!
I love our "friends in the work!" FHE was on doing our genealogy! I will have to try to spend some time learning how to do family search!!!
Also, my prayers were answered today - that Beka, Mitch and Spencer made it safely off their night hike in Hawaii! It is illegal to go hiking where they went due to the loss of lives doing the hike!!
They left at 3:30 in the morning to start the hike to hopefully miss the security guard! He was there and these guys talked him in to letting them go on the hike! From what I understand there was a big storm on Valentines that made it even more dangerous, but you know how dumb kids think!!!
So... they made it safely back and I can rest easy now!
PS So the kids almost made it safely through the day! Spencer was standing on a big rock on the north shore and a big wave knocked him off and cut him up pretty bad! He is on the way to the hospital for stitches right now as we speak! I will update on him tomorrow!!!
